Trip details — destinations, travel dates, number and ages of travelers, cabin or room preferences, budget, special occasions, and notes you share with us.
Traveler information — for confirmed bookings, legal names, dates of birth, citizenship, passport details, loyalty numbers, and accessibility, dietary, or medical needs that suppliers require.
Account information — email and password (stored securely, never visible to us) when you create a My Trips account, plus saved itineraries and trip history.
Eligibility documents — for interline and military rates, employment or service verification you upload so we can confirm eligibility.
Payment information — card payments are processed by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.

Our trip-planning assistant uses AI to help draft ideas from what you type. Those drafts are reviewed by a human advisor before anything is booked.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to serve you:

Travel suppliers — cruise lines, hotels, airlines, tour operators, and ground providers that deliver the travel you book.
Travel insurance providers — such as Allianz Global Assistance, when you request a quote or buy a policy through our widget (governed by their privacy policy).
Service providers — companies that host our website, process payments, send email, and store data for us, under confidentiality obligations.
Booking partners — links to supplier booking pages, Viator, and Project Expedition take you to their sites, where their privacy policies apply.

We keep booking and payment records as long as required for accounting, tax, and supplier purposes. Inquiries that don't become bookings are kept for a reasonable period so we can follow up, then deleted or anonymized. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
