What we collect
We collect information you provide directly (name, email, phone, trip details, traveler information, passport data required for bookings) and information necessary to complete travel bookings with our suppliers.
How we use it
Solely to plan, book, and support your travel; to contact you about your trip; and to comply with supplier and legal requirements. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only the suppliers required to fulfill your booking (airlines, cruise lines, hotels, insurance providers) and service providers that help us operate our business (payment processing, secure document storage). Suppliers are bound by their own privacy terms.
Storage & security
Sensitive booking data is stored encrypted at rest and in transit. Access is restricted to advisors working on your trip. Payment information is handled through PCI-compliant processors; we do not store full card numbers.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing wmoxley@wayneworldadventures.com. Requests tied to active bookings may be limited by supplier requirements.
Cookies & analytics
We use standard analytics (aggregate, non-identifying) to improve the site. No advertising trackers.
