QIs there a planning fee?
Complex custom itineraries (multi-country, private guides, group travel) carry a flat planning fee that's disclosed upfront and often credited back to your booking. Standard cruise and resort planning is complimentary.
QAm I paying more by booking through an advisor?
No. We book at the same rate as the supplier's direct site — often lower with negotiated promos. The added-value amenities (credits, upgrades, breakfast) come from our supplier relationships, not from marking up your fare.
QHow fast will I hear back?
Every inquiry gets a personal reply within one business day. Urgent travel (departing within 14 days) is prioritized the same business day.
